Cricket World Cup in Bangladesh

Bangladesh will be hosting the cricket world cup for the first time this year, starting February 16th and continuing through to the end of March.  The matches will be held at Shere Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka, and at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chittagong.
Those who will be attending the games this year should take advantage of the beautiful sites and rich culture by seeing what tourism in Bangladesh has to offer.
During a break between games, tourists can enjoy visiting Dhaka, a shopper's paradise. Visitors can shop at "Banga Bazar," the largest market in the city for clothing, or visit the largest mall of south Asia, "Bashundhara City." Tourists can also take a trip from Chittagong to Cox’s Bazar, which is the longest natural beach on the world, to relax on the ocean side. For nature lovers, they can visit the Chittagong Hill Tracts to enjoy the hilly countryside and panoramic views, along with meeting up with the tribal people of Bangladesh.
